  • Serving as a CDMO Business Unit Director for a Biologics producer, overseeing 60 ME in sales and managing a team of 200 employees.
  • Leading a crucial supply task force at Moderna/Lonza for the ramp-up of a COVID-19 vaccine, focusing on enhancing manufacturing output, reducing deviations, and slashing release lead times to facilitate massive global supply in record time.
  • Holding the role of EVP – COO and Board Member at Bekaert Deslee, where he was instrumental in global operations performance improvements and turnaround strategies across 17 sites worldwide, leveraging a central control tower, a digital transformation program, and CI/Lean practices.
  • Spearheading the global transformation in Operational Excellence at Teva Pharmaceuticals, leading an organization of 200 experts and 25 global OPEX change leaders, achieving over 100 million USD in cost improvements within four years. His approach significantly elevated employee engagement, empowerment, and capability building.
  • Leading a comprehensive 3-year Manufacturing Excellence transformation at GSK Vaccines, focusing on all stages of Manufacturing, QC, QA, and instilling a culture of Right first-time quality to drive efficiencies.

Before his tenure at GSK, Fabrice was a leading Lean expert at McKinsey & Company, serving global clients in operational improvements, including three major Big Pharma companies. His earlier career saw him in senior management roles in the automotive sector, including a stint at Toyota, where he honed his expertise in ‘quality by design’, particularly as Quality Engineering Manager, pioneering high-quality processes and products right from the design stage.

Fabrice is an alumnus of the Cranfield School of Management (UK), holding an MBA. He is also a certified APM project manager and boasts a Master’s in Engineering with a specialization in plastic processing technologies from Ecole des Mines, a prestigious French engineering school.
