- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative and practical approach.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying intricate strategies effectively.
- Technical proficiency in operational tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in change management and process optimization.
