Pascale began her career in prominent HR roles within organizations, serving as HR Director for subsidiaries and as Corporate Europe HR Manager. Her expertise in human capital development and strategic HR planning has been instrumental in shaping high-performing teams and fostering organizational growth.

Recruitment Project Highlights:

  • As an Executive Search Consultant, successfully recruited European Country Directors for US FT120 companies in just 3 weeks through a direct approach.
  • As an Independent Consultant, recruited managers in the UK and Latin America, leveraging her deep understanding of diverse cultural contexts.
  • As an HR Director, assembled a multicultural management team for a subsidiary of a French automotive company.
  • Pioneered the opening of a new European market, leading the selection and partnership with external recruitment services.
  • As a European Human Resources Manager, led management-level recruitment across key functions (supply chain, engineering, sales, finance, etc.) for an industrial health organization with 13 subsidiaries and 8,000 employees.

In the second phase of her career, Pascale transitioned to become an independent consultant and professional executive coach. She continues to leverage her vast experience in recruitment and HR management to support organizations and individuals in achieving their goals.
