Laure Kergal, coFounder of OSICS Network

Laure Kergal is a co-founder of Osics Network, bringing a diverse and dynamic background to the team. Her academic journey began in France, where she graduated from a prestigious Business School, followed by a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance. This solid foundation in business and finance paved the way for her initial role as a credit analyst in the French banking sector, where she honed her analytical skills and financial acumen.

Laure’s career trajectory took an international turn when she joined Belkin UK Limited in Rushden, UK. Starting as a credit controller, her dedication and expertise led to a promotion to Credit Manager. Over her six-year tenure, Laure not only managed the company’s major debt accounts but also balanced her professional growth with personal milestones, including the birth of her two daughters in England.

Family commitments led Laure to relocate to Belgium, a move that coincided with a temporary focus on her family, particularly helping her daughters acclimatize to their new school and life. However, her career progression continued as she joined the budgeting department at the Catholic University of Louvain. Here, she excelled in managing reports and overseeing team members, further diversifying her skill set.

The birth of her third daughter marked another phase in Laure’s career. She transitioned to a smaller, non-governmental organization as a part-time Office Manager. This role offered her the flexibility to pursue additional training in coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and neuroscience. Since 2015, Laure has been an active coach, specializing in leadership training since 2019. Her coaching focuses on enhancing communication, stress management, and personal productivity.

At Osics Network, Laure oversees various critical functions, including Finance, IT, Legal, Insurance, and Human Resources. Her love for multitasking and expanding her knowledge base is evident in her ongoing studies in Work Psychology at a university in Brussels, aiming to further her ability to support executives and managers in their professional journeys.

Laure’s career is characterized by a blend of analytical expertise and a strong connection with people. She takes pride in her ability to work under pressure, reduce stress levels in her teams, and maintain a communication style that is both direct and respectful. Her journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and an unwavering dedication to both her personal and professional development.
